What happens in a session

Lie back. Twenty minutes. Walk out.

Plan on about an hour for your first visit so there's time for a proper walkthrough. The light itself is 20 minutes.

Step 1

Settle in

We show you the room, you change into shorts and a tank, and we set you up with eye protection. Nothing to prep beyond showing up hydrated.

Step 2

Twenty minutes of light

Lie back while the panels wrap your body in red and near-infrared light. It feels like gentle warmth. Most people close their eyes and drift.

Step 3

Finish and go

A few minutes on the vibration plate to get circulation moving, then back to your day. Nothing to recover from, nothing to hide.

Why people come in

Four things clients notice first.

Red light therapy is not a cure for anything. It's a gentle, well-studied way to give your cells more to work with. Here's what people tell us.

Skin

Designed to support collagen and skin tone. Clients report a brighter, more even complexion and a softer look to fine lines.

Recovery

Red and near-infrared light may help ease soreness and stiffness, whether it came from the gym, the tennis court, or the desk.

Sleep

Clients report deeper, easier sleep, especially on session days. Many book their sessions late in the afternoon for exactly that reason.

Energy

Designed to support your cells' natural energy production. Most people describe leaving recharged rather than drained.

"Carlos is a wealth of knowledge and makes you feel so comfortable. I've had a few sessions so far and I've really enjoyed the red light therapy, the vibration plate, muscle sculpting, and the Kaatsu bands. Great for skin, muscle building, less pain, and better sleep!"

Before you book

Questions people ask first.

Is it safe?
Red light therapy is non-invasive, uses no UV, and has been studied for decades. Sessions are low heat and you wear eye protection the whole time. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted device, or are being treated for cancer, check with your doctor first.
How long is a session?
About 20 minutes under the light, plus a few minutes on the vibration plate. Block out an hour for your first visit so there's time for a proper walkthrough.
What do I wear?
Shorts and a tank top, or a bathing suit. The more skin the light can reach, the better. There's a private spot to change.
Do I need to prep?
Come hydrated and skip a heavy meal in the hour or two before your session. Bare skin works best, so go light on lotion and makeup if you can.
Where do I park?
We're at 48 West Northfield Road in Livingston, a few minutes from Short Hills and Millburn, with free parking on site.
Is the $79 a catch? What do I pay today?
No. It's a first-visit price for new clients, $300 off the $379 value, so you can try the full session before deciding anything. You pay $29 now to reserve your spot and the remaining $50 in person at your session. If you like it, we'll walk you through packages and memberships then. No pressure, no pitch in the room.
